The majority of the products we make are custom made to your ears. A mold of your ears (impressions) are required before we can begin production.
If you do not yet have impressions, please review our impression guidelines.
Turnaround time for production is approximately 2 weeks (10 business days) from when we receive your impressions in our lab to when they ship. Rush options are available if you need your order for a specific date. Please email info@1of1custom.com
