When you first receive your ACS custom moulds you may be a little unsure about how to fit them correctly. Here are some useful tips to make sure you get the best possible experience from your new monitors.
The majority of the products we make are custom made to your ears. A mold of your ears (impressions) are required before we can begin production.
If you do not yet have impressions, please review our impression guidelines.
The current turnaround time for production is approximately 3 weeks (10-15 business days) from when we receive your impressions in our lab to when they ship. Rush options are available if you need your order for a specific date. Please email info@1of1custom.com
