Obtain Ear Impressions
Below you'll find a list of 1of1 locations and separately a list of Authorized Audiology Practices that retail our products. If you don't see a location below that is close to you, you may schedule with your local audiologist or ENT for ear impression services. Please share these impressions guidelines with your practitioner and then send the ear impressions to us.
1of1 locations offer complimentary ear impression services with purchase. However, please note that authorized retailers may charge their own fees for ear impressions.
1of1 Custom Locations
If you decide to utilize our fitting service, please have the impression waiver filled out ahead of your visit. If you would like to schedule an ear impression appointment or a general in person consultation at any of our locations, an appointment is required. Fittings are complimentary with purchase of our hearing protection and in-ear monitors.

We offer impression services weekly on dedicated days, using Famecast Studios in Santa Monica. Fittings take about 20 minutes and you can either purchase ahead of the visit or at the visit.

Nashville - Monthly Appointments, for now.
As we hire and train for a new agent for the Nashville area, we will be hosting ear impressions 1-2 times a month on dedicated days. We will post our upcoming fitting dates here once they are set. New York - By Appointment Only via WeWork at 31st & 9th Ave (12th Floor)

Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey
For the Philadelphia area, impressions are complimentary at our agent's office location in Woodbury, NJ, about 15 minutes outside the city. Remote fittings are available depending on location and number of people being fit. Please email jaye@1of1custom.com to schedule.

Palmetto, FL (Tampa area)
Please email steve@1of1custom.com to schedule for ear impression services. Impressions will be available weekly in Palmetto, FL. Group fittings are available for groups of 5 or more in the Tampa area and groups of 10 or more in the Orlando area.

We work closely with the The Centers For Advanced ENT Care in Rockville, Maryland. Please note that this is an outside provider who charges for ear impression services. Orders can be placed through them directly or via our online shop. We recommend Dr. Sheapp, Dr. Poe or Dr. Berry.
Las Vegas
We work closely with Dr. Courtney Smith of Sound Signature. Please note that this is an outside provider who charges for ear impression services and/or travel. Saint Paul, MN
We work closely with Doctor Decibel Musicians' Hearing Service in Saint Paul. Please note that this is an outside provider who charges for ear impression services. Orders can be placed through them directly or via our online shop.
