We do not work on any IEMs that are outside of our own product line. The above fees are only for reshelling and repairs of 1of1 Custom built IEMs.
The majority of the products we make are custom made to your ears. A mold of your ears (impressions) are required before we can begin production.
If you do not yet have impressions, please review our impression guidelines.
The current turnaround time for production is approximately 10 business days from when we receive your impressions in our lab to when they ship. Rush options are available if you need your order for a specific date. Please email info@1of1custom.com
