The majority of the products we make are custom made to your ears. A mold of your ears (impressions) are required before we can begin production.
If you do not yet have impressions, please review our impression guidelines.
Turnaround time for production is approximately 4 weeks from when we receive your impressions in our lab to when they ship. Production times are subject to change, especially around the holiday season.
