The majority of the products we make are custom made to your ears. A mold of your ears (impressions) are required before we can begin production.
If you do not yet have impressions, please review our impression guidelines.
During the holiday season, turnaround time for production is 3 to 4 weeks from when we receive your impressions in our lab to when they ship. Production times are subject to change. If you wish to guaranty shipment by a certain date, please email info(at)1of1custom.com to inquire about rush services.
